To register we must first verify that you are a tenant.

You may stop by the office or call requesting to register. We will ask for your e-mail address and set up your account for you. You will then get a confirmation e-mail with your account info.

Clubhouse and Swimming Pool

The Clubhouse at Apache Junction Townhomes is fully furnished including a sitting area with comfortable couches, chairs, and tables. The full-size kitchen provides all that is needed to host dinners, parties, or other events for your family or friends. Several large tables and chairs are also available to set up as a large dining area. Many of our tenants have used our clubhouses for Christmas & Thanksgiving Dinners as well as weddings and other enjoyable events.

Our large swimming pool, sun deck, and patio provide the perfect atmosphere for our tenants to enjoy themselves…especially during the hot summer months. There is also a large covered patio area where non-swimmers can relax in the shade. The swimming pool area also features: accessible restrooms, outdoor drinking fountain, and other amenities make for a great day in the sun.
